Sports Massage creates transformation of cellular memory and restructures physicality.  Rotating the joints and limbs creates fluidity.  Pre-event massage can increase flexibility and reduce chance of injury.  Post-event will help in muscle recovery and detox.  Tiffany is an experienced sports massage therapist.
